This website is operated by TheEasyPicks. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TheEasyPicks.

LEGAL STATUS: TheEasyPicks operates strictly as an Online Intermediary/Marketplace Platform as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We act as a technology bridge between independent third-party suppliers (fulfillment partners) and customers. We do not manufacture, store, own, or physically inspect the inventory. All products are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse to the customer.

⁠LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

By using this website, you acknowledge that TheEasyPicks is not the manufacturer or the primary seller of the goods.

•⁠  ⁠Product Claims: Any liability regarding product quality, safety, authenticity, or manufacturing defects rests solely with the Third-Party Manufacturing Supplier (e.g., Roposo Clout or other partners).

•⁠  ⁠Logistics Liability: Any delay, theft, or damage during transit is the sole responsibility of the Logistics/Courier partner.

•⁠  ⁠Maximum Liability: In the event of any legal dispute, our total financial liability is strictly limited to the Net Order Value paid by the customer for that specific transaction.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY

To prevent fraudulent claims and protect the business from fake disputes, TheEasyPicks enforces a strict Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy.

•⁠  ⁠A continuous, unedited video is required, starting from the inspection of the intact courier label and seal until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.

•⁠  ⁠Claims for "Damaged," "Missing Items," or "Wrong Product" will NOT be entertained without this valid video proof.

ACCURACY OF PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Product images and descriptions are provided by third-party suppliers. We do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content provided by suppliers are 100% accurate or error-free. Minor variations in appearance due to lighting or screen settings shall not be considered a "Wrong Product" delivery.

INDEMNIFICATION

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheEasyPicks and its owner from any claim, demand, or legal fees made by any third-party due to a breach of these terms or the violation of any law regarding the products purchased.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
