Refund policy

1.⁠ ⁠5-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

2.⁠ ⁠MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (Strict Requirement)

To protect our business and customers from fraudulent claims, TheEasyPicks enforces a strict Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy.

•⁠  ⁠A continuous, unedited video is required, starting from the inspection of the courier label and the intact seal until the product is fully unpacked.
•⁠  ⁠Claims for "Damaged," "Missing Items," or "Wrong Product" will NOT be entertained without this valid video proof.
•⁠  ⁠Note: Minor packaging or box dents occurred during transit that do not affect the product's functionality are not eligible for returns.

3.⁠ ⁠Intermediary Disclosure & Third-Party Liability

TheEasyPicks is an online marketplace and intermediary platform. We facilitate sales between independent third-party suppliers and customers. We do not manufacture, store, or own the physical inventory. Any liability regarding product quality, authenticity, or manufacturing defects rests solely with the third-party supplier. Any claims for transit damage must be raised against the respective Logistics/Courier partner.

4.⁠ ⁠Invalid Reasons for Returns

We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" or if the "Buyer no longer wants the item." After an order is submitted, it enters into a legally binding contract. The buyer should ensure they want the items before submitting an order.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund & Verification Process

As an intermediary, any refund or replacement is strictly subject to approval from our fulfillment partner's (Supplier's) warehouse.

•⁠  ⁠Once your unboxing video is verified and the return is inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
•⁠  ⁠Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
•⁠  ⁠TheEasyPicks is not financially liable for errors or delays caused by third-party suppliers or logistics companies.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, we are unable to stop or cancel the package
