All orders successfully placed on theeasypick.in are automatically routed directly to our Integrated B2B Fulfillment Partner's automated warehouse network. The physical inventory management, automated product packaging, barcode sorting, and tracking number generation are executed entirely at third-party regional transit hubs.

## 2. TRANSIT & FAST DELIVERY TIMELINES (3 TO 5 DAYS)
We offer fast delivery across India. Standard transit timelines are estimated between 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending entirely on your delivery location and pin code serviceability. In exceptional cases—such as severe weather, national holidays, festive backlogs, or unexpected carrier delays—please allow an extension of up to 7 working days.

## 3. COURIER ALLOCATION & TRACKING UPDATES
Once the parcel is packed and scanned by our integrated partner's hub, an automated Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number is generated. Shipments are assigned to verified third-party courier operators (including but not limited to [Ekart](https://ekartlogistics.com/), [Delhivery](https://www.delhivery.com/), and [Blue Dart](https://bluedart.com/)). Customers can track their orders on our tracking interface using this unique identifier.

## 4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS & OPEN-BOX RESTRICTIONS
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery agent at the time of arrival. Open-box deliveries are strictly prohibited under current third-party courier regulations. Payment must be handed over to the courier representative before opening the sealed parcel package.

Because the physical inventory handling, shipping label creation, and transit management are operated exclusively by the backend infrastructure provider and external shipping lines, the front-end platform (theeasypick.in) carries no direct liability for transit delays, missed delivery attempts, sorting errors, or packaging discrepancies caused at the courier hubs.
